How can Naturopathy help my reproductive health and fertility?

Whether your goal is to regulate or improve your hormonal health, conceive a healthy baby, obtain support during IVF cycles or stay healthy during pregnancy, Naturopathy can help. I specialise in the use of dietary recommendations, nutritional supplementation and herbal medicines for reproductive health and fertility. This is achieved through taking a comprehensive case history and analysis of your current dietary and lifestyle habits. Where appropriate I may also recommend blood tests, hair analysis and/or other functional pathology testing.

What is Natural Fertility Management?

Natural Fertility Management (NFM) is a unique approach to reproductive health, pioneered by Sydney Naturopath Francesca Naish. NFM combines research conducted by Foresight, the Association for the Promotion of Preconceptual Care in the UK, with modern Naturopathic practice. Note that not all Naturopaths have completed this specialised and intensive training. NFM involves in depth patient analysis and a personalised program of recommendations to help you achieve your reproductive health goals. This involves focus on improving your general health, avoiding factors that impair hormone balance and fertility and incorporating research findings of healthy influences on fertility into your lifestyle.
